Reflections on Healing

Lunch in bathroom stalls,
This one’s for the broken souls.

You are not broken,
Your experiences were with brokenness
Disliked before liked
You did nothing
People project unhappiness in light
Kids, teenagers, and adults,
This world is cruel
Toughen up in reaction
Never change the good in you
There are many good souls, I promise
The devil hates purity
Evil enlarges insecurity
It’s not your job to understand the hate
Talk back to the mirror
You don’t need validation
Stand firm
The spirits see your future elevation
Jealousy is progressive
Self-love needs to be successive
Be comfortable in being alone
Balance being social

If you change yourself, you lose the battle
You’ll soon understand
It was never you but them who will dismantle
